If you are in an accident while
driving a Fleet vehicle—or while driving your
personal vehicle on official University business—you
must complete a Vehicle Accident Report form and
forward it to Penn State’s Risk Management
Office within 48 hours.
You will also need to inform
Fleet Operations (814-865-7571) of any accident
involving a Fleet vehicle. A copy of the Vehicle
Accident Report form is provided in each Fleet vehicle.

at 814-865-7571.
If you are involved in an accident in
which someone is injured or killed, of if any vehicle
involved is damaged so extensively that it cannot
be driven, you must notify the state or local police
immediately.
