Request Repairs

Fleet vehicles are serviced and maintained on a regularly scheduled basis. All vehicles assigned for an extended period (i.e., long-term rentals) must be returned to Fleet Operations for routine service a minimum of twice a year, preferably in the spring and in the fall. Vehicles in need of nonroutine service or repair should be returned to Fleet Operations at University Park as soon as possible.

Emergency Repairs
Minor emergency repairs can be paid for using a Voyager fuel card. In the event of an emergency, the driver should seek assistance from a participating Voyager location. If at all possible, the driver should attempt to contact Fleet Operations to determine if the vehicle may be repaired at a service station or if the vehicle is covered under dealer warranty.
