frequently puts used Fleet vehicles up for sale
at very reasonable prices. These vehicles received
regular oil changes while in use at Fleet Operations
and are typically in excellent condition. Vehicles
will be listed on the "Photos
of Vehicles for Sale" page as they
become available for bid. |

The Bidding Process
Vehicles are bid for three working days. Bids must
be delivered in person or faxed to 814-863-8696.
(If you fax your bid, please call 814-865-4371 to
make sure it was received.) When bidding on a vehicle,
make sure your bid meets or exceeds the minimum
acceptable bid assigned to that particular vehicle.
All bids will be date- and time-stamped. To check
on the status of a bid, call Lion Surplus at 814-865-4371.
Lion Surplus will notify the winning bidder.
In the event of a tie, the vehicle will go to the
first bidder. If no acceptable bids have been received
at the end of the three-day bid period, the price
will be lowered by $200 and the bid process will
begin again.
If you win the bid, you will need to provide a
nonrefundable $200 deposit no later than 24 hours
after the close of bidding. This deposit will be
applied toward the purchase of the vehicle. You
must pick up the vehicle and pay for it in full
within 72 hours of the close of bidding. You may
pay with cash, a cashier’s check, or a certified
check. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Gardens on Services Road.
